Fixed-scope product
A voice agent picks up what your team cannot get to: after hours, mid-appointment, when both lines are busy. It answers from your own information, books the appointment, and writes it into your system. Live in 10 days, tested on your own recordings before it takes a single real call.
Fixed price, fixed scope, first three months of running included. No retainer to sign.
Before you talk to anyone
We are not going to tell you how many calls you are losing. We do not know, and neither does anyone who has not counted. These are the three numbers that decide whether this is worth your money, and you can get all three yourself in an afternoon.
Your phone system almost certainly logs it. If it does not, ask whoever sits at reception to keep a tally for three days and multiply.
An existing client calls back. A new one calls the next place on the list. Only the second group is actually lost, and it is usually smaller than people fear and larger than they can afford.
Not lifetime value, not a projection. The first invoice. Multiply it by the second number and you have the monthly figure this has to beat.
If the answer comes out smaller than the price, say so on the call and we will tell you not to buy it. That is a real outcome of a first call here, not a line of copy.
What actually happens
Day or night, during treatment, while both lines are busy. The caller does not hear a queue, and is told plainly that they are speaking with an assistant.
Your services, your hours, your prices, your rules about what can and cannot be said. If the answer is not in there, it does not invent one.
Straight into your calendar if you want that, or captured and passed on if you would rather a person confirms.
A transcript, what the caller wanted, what was promised. Anything unusual, angry or clinical is handed to a person instead of handled.
Language
Not an English agent with an accent. The conversation happens in the caller's own language, which for a local business is the whole difference between an assistant and an obstacle.
Worth knowing: Lithuanian is where most vendors quietly fall over. Several advertise it and do not have it once you are inside. Ask us to prove it before you pay, and ask the same of anyone else you are considering.
The part that usually goes wrong
Every answer is checked against what you gave it. No source, no answer — it says it will have someone call back instead.
Prices, availability and anything clinical or legal run on your rules, not on the model's judgement.
We test it on your own past calls first. You listen, you correct it, and only then does it take a live one.
Calls go back to ringing the way they do today. No contract to exit, nothing to migrate back.

Questions
Yes, and it says so itself at the start. That is a legal requirement in the EU and it is also simply better: people who know they are talking to an assistant ask clearer questions and are far less annoyed than people who work it out halfway through.
It says it will have a person call back, takes the details, and flags it to you. It is built to hand over rather than to have a go, because a wrong answer about a price or a treatment costs more than a missed call.
No. It sits on the number you already publish. If you want it only outside opening hours, or only when the line is busy, that is a setting.
It books only into availability you expose to it. If you would rather nothing hits the calendar automatically, it collects the request and a person confirms.
You do. They live in your system. We need access while we build and test, and you can revoke it the day we finish.
Running it: the telephony, the models, monitoring, and changes when your prices or hours change. It starts in month four because the first three are inside the setup price.
Most of our conversations end up being about the calls a receptionist cannot take, not the ones they can: evenings, weekends, lunch, and the second caller while they are on the line with the first. If none of that applies to you, this is not worth buying.
That is the normal order. Ask on the call and you get a recording in your language within the day.
Fifteen minutes. Bring the three numbers from the top of this page and we will do the arithmetic together. If it does not clear the price, we will tell you so on the call.
