1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Service and the immediate access provided to proprietary data and AI features upon subscription, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

All fees for subscription plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable. By subscribing you acknowledge you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term, including if you cancel early or do not use the Service.

2. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We do not provide refunds for subscription renewals.

It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Cancellation is available from your account settings and will take effect at the end of the active billing cycle.

3. Exceptions

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under limited circumstances:

  • Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a technical billing error on our side, contact support within 7 days of the payment. We will investigate and issue a refund for confirmed errors.
  • Service Unavailability: If the Service is unavailable or unusable for a prolonged period (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to our failure, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund for the affected period. Scheduled maintenance is excluded.
  • Legal Requirements: We will issue refunds when required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request consideration for a refund under the exceptions above, contact our support team with:

  • Email address associated with your account
  • Date and amount of the transaction
  • Detailed explanation of the reason for the request

5. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. After a refund is issued, access to paid features will end immediately and your account may be downgraded or closed.
